Yes, therapy is an investment.
You’ve spent time, energy, and money trying to manage your struggles, but the right therapy is an investment in lasting change.
Imagine finally breaking free from the patterns and traumas that have kept you stuck.
When you get to the root of the issue, you’re investing in a future where you can move forward without those old weights holding you down.
STOP throwing time and money at therapy that doesn’t work.
We know therapy can feel like a big commitment, but when it works, it’s worth every penny.
At Growth Counseling, we use EMDR and IFS to go deep and make real progress.
This isn’t about endless sessions—it’s about getting to the heart of the matter so you can start living the life you deserve.
EMDR therapy can actually save time and money in the long run, because it gets to the root cause quickly and cuts down on long term therapy.
You’re investing in more than just therapy.
When you choose us, you’re investing in real, lasting change.
We’re here to help you leave behind the struggles that have been holding you back.
Your time and money will lead to actual results, so you can move forward with confidence.
Insurance
A lot of insurance companies will cover a big chunk of your therapy costs, even though we’re considered an out-of-network provider. It’s a good idea to call your insurance company upfront to get the lowdown on what they’ll cover—especially for out-of-network providers and if they’ll reimburse multiple hours of therapy in one day or week. We’ll give you a Superbill for all our sessions, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

A note about EMDR Intensives: These allow you to dive deep into your healing without the pressure of the typical 50-minute session clock. By focusing on your trauma in a more concentrated, thorough way, you can often progress faster, potentially saving time and money in the long run. Unlike weekly sessions, intensives cut out the time spent on check-ins, current crises, and stabilizing techniques, getting straight to the heart of your healing. Whether you're an existing client or working with another therapist who doesn’t offer EMDR, these intensives can accelerate your progress and create profound, lasting change.
