Being in/on the mountains is my happy place.
I'm pretty scared of needles but love acupuncture.
I believe being kind is still a thing.
People need people—it's just how we’re wired. I get it because I’ve been there. For years, I felt like I was on the outskirts, dealing with depression, perfectionism, and challenges in relationships. I was always trying to prove myself to myself.
But here’s the thing: our experiences shape how we connect with ourselves and others. Working through the impact of those experiences can be life-changing—I know because I’ve done it.
With the help of amazing therapists and teachers, I learned to heal my relationship with myself, and it changed everything. Now, I’m honored to help you on your journey to find your authentic, best self.
Clients often say I’m warm, friendly, and easy to talk to—like I just “get it.” I’m passionate about making sure everyone feels heard and safe.
Life has a way of bringing out patterns and emotions that need attention, and I’m here to help you transform those. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can truly heal.
Whether we’re sharing a laugh or digging into the tough stuff, my goal is to make you feel understood and supported every step of the way.
